Free Trial

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.

  • 14 days free: Full access to everything
  • No credit card: We will not ask for payment details during trial
  • No limits: Create as many invoices as you need
  • Cancel anytime: Just stop using it - no commitments

After Your Trial

When your trial ends:

  1. You will see a prompt to add payment details
  2. Add a card to continue using Qazua
  3. Your data and invoices are preserved
  4. Billing starts from when you subscribe

If you do not subscribe after the trial, your account remains but you cannot create new invoices until you upgrade.

Managing Your Subscription

Where to Find It

Go to My Account (click the Settings icon in the header) to:

  • View your current plan and billing status
  • Manage subscription (via Stripe Billing Portal)
  • Update payment method (via Stripe Billing Portal)
  • View billing history (via Stripe Billing Portal)
  • Cancel subscription (via Stripe Billing Portal)

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Debit cards

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from My Account → Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe Billing Portal where you can cancel your subscription. When you cancel:

  • You keep access until the end of your billing period
  • Your data is preserved (you can still view old invoices)
  • You can resubscribe anytime to continue
  • No cancellation fees

Need to Pause?

If you need to pause your subscription temporarily (e.g., taking a break from freelancing), contact us. We can pause your account instead of cancelling, so you keep all your data and settings.

Account Settings

In My Account you can view your personal information and business details. Currently available:

  • View your profile: See your name, email, and member since date
  • Edit business info: Update your business name, address, VAT registration, and invoice settings
  • Manage subscription: View subscription status and access Stripe Billing Portal

For account security features like changing your email or password, please contact support.

Data & Privacy

Your data is:

  • Encrypted: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Backed up: Regular backups ensure your data is safe
  • Private: We never share your data with third parties
