How to Download PDFs

From Invoice View

Open any invoice from your invoices list
Click the "Download PDF" button in the top right
Your PDF downloads immediately to your computer

Quick Access

You can download a PDF from any invoice by opening it from your invoices list. Click on the invoice number to view the full invoice, then use the "Download PDF" button at the top.

From Email (For Clients)

When you send an invoice via email to your client, the PDF is automatically attached. Your client can download it directly from their inbox without logging into Qazua.

File Naming

Downloaded PDFs are automatically named using your invoice number:

[InvoiceNumber].pdf

For example: INV-0042.pdf or INV0000042.pdf

This makes it easy to organize and find invoices on your computer.
